AS Citadele banka (Citadele) Shareholders’ meeting held on 27 March 2025 approved allocation of Citadele’s year 2024 profit and pay-out of dividends in amount of EUR 0.282 per share, i.e., EUR 44.8 million in total (EUR 11.2 million distributed from profits earned up to 31 December 2017 and EUR 33.6 million from profits earned after 1 January 2018).
Dividends will be paid out to persons who were the shareholders of Citadele banka at the end of the record day – 19 March 2025. Dividends will be disbursed to the shareholders on 23 April 2025.
The dividend payout aligns with Citadele’s 50% dividend policy. Payment is attestation of the bank's sustained growth, strong capital position and stable balance sheet.
The dividend is subject to Latvian personal income tax, which will be withheld at the time of payment and reported to tax authorities.
