On amendments to the prospectus of the investment fund CBL European Leaders Equity Fund 

Please be informed that the Bank of Latvia has registered on 18.01.2024 the amendments to the prospectus of the investment fund "CBL European Leaders Equity Fund" (the Fund), which will enter into force as of 29.01.2024. The main purpose of the amendments to the prospectus of the Fund is to ensure that the Fund complies with the requirements of Article 8 of Regulation (EU) 2019/2088 of the European Parliament and of the Council (27 November 2019) on sustainability-related disclosures in the financial services sector. In order to ensure compliance with the applicable laws and regulations and to unify the text of the prospectuses of all investment funds managed by the Company, the explanations of terms used in the Prospectus were clarified and supplemented, a paragraph on other charges paid out of the assets of the Fund was added, information on the composition of the Supervisory Board of the Company and other investment funds managed by the Company was updated, the section on the responsibility of the custodian bank was supplemented, the section on remuneration policy was amended and other editorial corrections were made.
