New insurance provider and changes in monthly fee

Starting from 01.07.2024, Citadele will be partnering with ADB Compensa Vienna Insurance Group to provide insurance for our payment cards. This will bring several changes to the insurance coverage, depending on the card chosen by the customer.
 
Claims process 
 For any insured events that occur before June 30 (incl.), please register your claim with Balcia Insurance SE. For events occurring from July 1st onwards, claims should be directed to ADB Compensa Vienna Insurance Group.

Card Fee Changes  
The monthly fee for C prime and C supreme cards will change from September 1st, 2024 (see changes for Latvia, for Estonia) . The fee will increase by 1 EUR per month.  We encourage our customers to use the cards for daily purchases to qualify for an active user discount of 25% or 50% off the card’s monthly fee. Additionally, "Bring a friend” offer is available as well.
