Regarding amendments to the General Rules of Investment Portfolio Management

We regularly review and improve not only our range of services, but also the rules that apply to them.

Therefore, we would like to inform you that we have amended our General Rules of Investment Portfolio Management, the most important of which relate to the:

  • pre-contractual sustainability disclosure;
  • prevention of money laundering, terrorism financing, proliferation and avoidance of sanctions.

The new version of the rules will come into force and be applicable from November 27th of this year. The current and new versions of the rules are available here.
