We regularly review and improve not just our services, but also the Terms and Conditions which apply to them. We would like to inform you that we have made changes to our General Terms of Business, which will come into force on the 20th September, 2023.
The most significant changes and updates have been made:
- in the definitions section;
- in the section which regulates the bank’s actions in situations when sanctions are applied to the customer or persons linked to the customer, or when the Terms regarding forbidden actions are not adhered to;
- in the section on the need to submit up-to-date information, including information and documents requested by the bank, and the purposes thereof.
You can view the changes and updates to our General Terms of Business, as well as the current Terms, on our website for private customers and business customers.
If you agree to the above changes, you do not need to do anything. At the same time, we remind you that, if the above changes are not acceptable to you, you have the right to end your service agreements without penalties and make any final payments to Citadele by the day the changes come into force, i.e. by the 20th September, 2023.
