Changes to working hours and services during the May holidays and weekends

If you plan to visit the bank in May, please check the changes to opening hours of the Citadele branches and customer service centres.

Some bank services will also have changed availability on holidays and weekends:

  • On May 1st, instant payments and transfers between Citadele accounts will be available as usual. Meanwhile European (SEPA) and international (SWIFT) payments will be processed after the holiday. 
  • On the 4th and 5th of May, all payments will be processed in full.
  • On the 20th of May (a carried-over work day) instant payments and transfers between Citadele accounts will be available without interruption. Meanwhile, SEPA payments will only be processed if they are between participants of the Bank of Latvia's EKS payment system.
