Changes to opening hours and services before the holidays and over Easter

Before and during the Easter holidays, there will be the following changes to our services:

  • from April 15th to 18th European (SEPA) and international (SWIFT) payments will be processed after holidays;
  • on 15 and 18 April, currency exchange transactions at special rates will not be available;
  • orders for financial instruments will not be accepted on 15 April;
  • orders for financial instruments traded on USA trading venues will be accepted starting at 16:00 pm on April 18.

Meanwhile, instant payments and payments within the bank will still be available without interruption.
When planning a branch visit during the holidays, please bear in mind that there will be changes to branch opening hours from April 14th. You can see current opening hours here.
