On amendments to the basic documents of the CBL Opportunities funds investment fund

We would like to inform you that, on May 6th, 2022, amendments to the prospectus and rules of CBL Opportunities Funds, the investment fund managed by CBL Asset Management IPAS, will come into force. The new amendments stipulate changes to the manner in which the applications for the purchase and sale of investment certificates are accepted. Hereafter, if we have received and accepted your application regarding a fund investment certificate:

  • on business days before 10:00 Latvian time (GMT+3), it will be processed for the price set after 17:30;
  • on weekends and business days after 10:00 Latvian time (GMT+3), we will view the application as received on the next business day.

These amendments apply only to the investment fund CBL Opportunities Funds. The procedure for accepting applications for the purchase and sale of the investment certificates of other investment funds remains unchanged. More information on the investment funds managed by CBL Asset Management IPAS.
