At the beginning of this year, we introduced a completely new product to the market: our new X cards, thus enabling our customers to use one payment card for all everyday needs by selecting the most suitable range of products, or plan. While developing this product, we have reviewed all our existing products and how much they cost, so we have made changes to Citadele’s Products and Services Price List.
The most significant changes as of May 1st, 2021:
- Payment card X smart will no longer have a 5x per month limit on cash withdrawals from other banks’ ATMs.
- When you exceed your monthly cash withdrawal limit, commission for all cards will now be 1% (min. €1) of the sum from Citadele and other ATMs.
- The monthly fee for payment cards X smart and Maestro will now be €1.49. X smart will remain free of charge for youth aged 7-21.
- The monthly fee for X hero and Mastercard Standard cards will be €2.99.
- The commission fee for payments between Citadele accounts will now be €0.16. This does not apply to payments between your own accounts and payments from accounts of X smart, X supreme, X prime and X Infinite cards.
- The commission fee for paying at a branch is now €7 (for SEPA payments and payments between Citadele accounts). In-branch SWIFT payments will no longer be available.
- Amendments in existing Mortgage loan agreement will now cost €75. It will only concern changes of loan repayment date and/or account, grace period, extension of loan issuance and Bank’s approvals, permissions and consents related to the property encumbered in favor of the Bank.
