Changes to the AS “Citadele banka” Price List regarding payments in RUB and BYN

We would like to infom you that there will be changes to the Product and Service Price List, affecting payments in Russian and Belarusian rubles. Changes in short:

  • The commission fee for transfers outside SEPA in Russian rubles (RUB) and Belarusian rubles (BYN) will be 0.5% of the amount of the transfer. A minimum commission is EUR 35. This change will become effective in November 1, 2021 for both private and business customers in all Baltic countries.
  • The commission fee for transfers outside SEPA in any currency for a beneficiary with residence country Belarus will be EUR 50. This change will become effective in November 1, 2021 for all private customers pan-Baltic. For business customers it is effective starting from September 20 in Latvia and October 1 in Lithuania and Estonia. Please note that if the transfer is made in Russian or Belarusian rubles, starting from November 1 comission mentioned above will also be added.
