At the end of last year, we introduced a completely new product to the market: our new X cards (X supreme, X prime, and also updated X smart), thus enabling our clients to use one payment card for all everyday needs by selecting the most suitable range of products, or plan. While developing this product, we have also reviewed all our current products and their fees and made changes to Products and Services Price Lists.
The most significant changes for private clients as of June 1st, 2021
- As of June 1st payment cards X hero and X Platinum will no longer be issued, and upon their expiration they will be automatically changed to X supreme and X prime cards, respectively. If the client wishes to change the X hero or X Platinum card before its expiration date, this will be possible to do free of charge by submitting a free-form application in the Online bank. The monthly fee for X hero will be €3, for X Platinum – €5.
- The free cash withdrawal limit with X smart, Mastercard Debit and Citadele payment cards will be €750 per month. The limit can be used to withdraw euros at ATMs of Citadele Bank, the MEDUS network, other Lithuanian and foreign banks, as well as at Perlas Finance terminals. Please note that the free cash withdrawal limit for X supreme and X prime is €1,250 and €1,500 per month, respectively, if you need to withdraw larger amounts more often.
- The commission fee for incoming payment from outside of SEPA – the EU and European Economic Area countries – €10.
- The cost of SMS messages about account and / or card transactions will be €0.15. Please note that you may also receive this information free of charge if you use the Citadele mobile app and activate push notifications.
- Confirmation by a bank employee of a printed document of a payment made online – €3.
- Sending documents by post or courier in Lithuania and abroad at the client's request – €12 and parcel sending expenses.
The most significant changes for business clients as of June 1st, 2021
- The commission fee for incoming payment from outside of SEPA – the EU and European Economic Area countries – €10.
- The cost of SMS messages about account and / or card transactions will be €0.15.
- Confirmation by a bank employee of a printed document of a payment made online – €3.
- Bank fees related to credit services will be determined by agreement of the parties
- Maintenance of an account for electronic money institutions, payment institutions, banks, providers of lending services and other financial sector companies – €500.
There is also a change in the monthly inactive account management fee for non-resident clients: €75 (if there have not been client’s initiated transactions performed on the current account for more than 12 months and client has no other contracts concluded with Citadele Bank) or €150 (if there have not been client’s initiated transactions performed on the current account for more than 24 months and client has no other contracts concluded with Citadele Bank).
