We seek to create more possibilities for our customers and offer services that meet their needs best. This is why we regularly revise our offers. This helps us to improve our digital services making it possible for our customers to conveniently manage their daily finances in the Internet Bank or via the mobile application.
On 1 June 2020, the bank will introduce changes to some of its service rates applied to private customers.
We would like to encourage our customers to use the „X smart“ payment card more actively, so for customers who transfer their salary we are reducing its monthly fee from 1,2 EUR to 1,1 EUR
We have also updated the form of informing private customers about our rates to make it easier for them to find the required products and services. From now on, we will use three price lists:
- price list of the main service rates for private residents customers specifying the rates applied to payment cards, service plans and credits,
- price list of additional service rates for private residents customers specifying the rates applied to less popular services and services that are no longer provided to new customers,
- price list of financial instruments (residents and non - residents).

We have also updated the terms and conditions for opening and managing Savings Account +, effective from 1 of June, 2020. You can find them here.
Also from 1 of May, 2020 we are changing the interest rate for the balance in your X smart account to 0,2 % yearly (1 % yearly before 1 of May). The maximum amount for which we pay interest is increased from 2 500 EUR to 10 000 EUR.
