As part of the government’s protective measures limiting the spread of COVID-19, from March 20th, Citadele branches and client service centres will offer appointment-only service.
In-person service will only be available for those services which cannot be completed remotely.
Important! Before you apply for a personal appointment, we ask you to check whether the service you need is available remotely—through the website, online bank, app or remote branch. This can be done by visiting www.citadele.lv or calling our client support centre on +371 67010000.
“Latvia is Citadele’s home market—we are a responsible member of the financial system, and our main task is to provide uninterrupted access to financial services. We are grateful to our clients who are positive and understanding even in worrying times. When calling the remote branch, it is possible that the wait will be slightly longer—up to 10 minutes—but all clients will be served, and clients who hang up instead of waiting their turn will be called back,” explains Anna Fišere-Kaļķe, Head of Private Customer Service at Citadele.
To apply for an in-person appointment, clients must call +371 67010000.
During the call, a Citadele consultant will assess whether the service the client needs can be done remotely. If we decide that they need an in-person visit, they will be given an appointment in their preferred branch.
Clients will have to fill in a form confirming that:
1) they have not been outside the country within the past 14 days;
2) they have not been in contact with a Covid-19 patient or with someone in contact with a Covid-19 patient;
3) they feel well, with no symptoms of illness.
