We are constantly striving to improve our products and services; most of your financial matters you can already handle remotely and, on 18-12-2020, the revised Rules for Acceptance and Management of Fixed-term Deposits will take effect. The most important changes concern the conditions for automatic renewal of fixed-term deposits, clearly stipulating the cases when fixed-term deposits cannot be renewed automatically.

If you do not agree with the revised terms and conditions, you may terminate your deposit agreement in accordance with the procedure provided for in the agreement and the general terms and conditions, after paying the bank all amounts due under the agreement.
