Changes regarding services in Daugavpils branch

To make sure our services are meeting the needs and wishes of our clients, we regularly keep up with what types of banking services are being requested.

Our data shows that clients in Daugavpils branch are increasingly using ATMs for paying cash in and out and using online and mobile banking for transfers. Meanwhile, the amount of in-branch cash transactions has significantly decreased.  Therefore, starting 28th of December, 2020, customer service specialists at this branche will focus more on offering consultations and providing banking services. Cash transactions will no longer be offered.

Cash transactions will now be offered at the Citadele branch (2A Republikas Laukums, Riga) in Euro and other currencies, and at the Liepāja branche in Euro only. Meanwhile, you can view the locations of ATMs offering deposits and withdrawals on our website under Contacts.
