Citadele working hours and services during holidays

When planning a bank visit during the holidays, please note the changes in the opening hours of Citadele branches and customer service centres.

Please be advised about payment processing during the holidays:

  • Flash payments will be executed 24 hours a day, including holidays;
  • Payments that will be made after December 24th 16:00, December 25 and 26, will be processed on December 27;
  • Payments made after December 31st. 15:00 and January 1, 2020, will be processed on January 2, 2020.

Celebrating Christmas and New Year’s Eve the following changes will apply to our services:

  • on December 24 and 26, orders on financial instrument transactions will be accepted and processed as usual;
  • on December 31 orders placed via trading platform will be accepted according to the relevant trading times of the particular execution venue in the respective day;
  • on 25th of December and 1st of January 2020 orders on financial instrument transactions will not be accepted;
  • on 24th, 25th, 26th and 30th of December and 1st of January 2020 currency exchange transactions at special rates will not be available.
