Citadele’s client service centre in Madona will work until April 25. From April 26, we will serve clients from Madona and the surrounding area in our other branches. Clients will also be able to continue using our convenient remote services for everyday transactions - ATMs, our app, and our online bank.

Home card delivery
When a client’s card expires, their new one can be sent by mail to their home. Customers may submit an application for this option can through the online bank or by calling 67010000.
Cash withdrawal and deposit - ATMs
Money can be withdrawn and deposited into an account at an ATM.
In Madona, we offer an ATM for cash withdrawal and deposit. It is located in the Rimi at 6 Saules Iela, and is available from 8:00-22:00.
The other Citadele ATM in Madona for cash withdrawals is at the Maxima XX at 49 Rūpniecības Iela. It is accessible on weekdays and Saturdays from 8:00-22:00, and on Sundays from 9:00-22:00.
The online bank can be used to change daily and monthly limits on cash withdrawals from ATMs.
Transfers
Transfers can be made from both the app and the online bank. Payment of bills (Latvijas gāze, Lattelecom, Latvenergo, LMT, TELE2) and checking account balance can be done using an ATM; these services are free of charge for clients.
Other services
Applications for a consumer loan or credit card can be made, and the contract signed, through the online bank. It can also be used for managing deposits and extending term deposits.

Account balance can be viewed in the mobile app, on our online bank, at an ATM, or by calling 67010000. This number is available 24 hours a day.
