On amendments to the characteristics of investment fund “CBL Baltic Sea Equity Fund“

„CBL Asset Management“ IPAS hereby announces that the basic documents of the investment fund “CBL Baltic Sea Equity Fund“ (the Fund) were amended and will enter into force on 1 January, 2020. As a result of the amendments, the Fund’s name will be changed to „CBL European Leaders Equity Fund“ and the Fund’s investment region will be expanded to include all European countries.

The updated Key Investor Information is available on the CBL Asset Management IPAS website: www.cblam.lv and in the head office premises of CBL Asset Management IPAS at Republikas laukums 2A, Riga, during its office hours.
