Bank system modernisation work

To provide even more convenient and faster services, we will be improving the IT system from May 9 to May 15.

During these days, the execution of transfers made in Online Banking and the mobile application from 23:00 to 03:00 will be delayed by several hours. Payments to Bank Citadele accounts will be executed after 03:00, whereas instant payments will be transferred in the morning as regular interbank payments.

We are performing the system modernisation at nights to minimize any inconveniences. Thank you, for your understanding while we are continuing to improve.
