Reorganization of the sub-funds of CBL Strategic Allocation Funds completed

On October 1st, 2018, reorganization and renaming of CBL Strategic Allocation Funds and its sub-funds were completed.

As a result of the reorganization:

  • One (1) unit of CBL Active Strategy Fund – EUR will be exchanged for 0.857142875 units of CBL Optimal Opportunities Fund - EUR
  • One (1) unit of CBL Universal Strategy Fund – USD will be exchanged for 1.145000000 units of CBL Optimal Opportunities Fund - USD
  • One (1) unit of CBL Balanced Strategy Fund – USD will be exchanged for 0.982000000 units of CBL Optimal Opportunities Fund - USD
  • One (1) unit of CBL Active Strategy Fund – USD will be exchanged for 0.864000000 units of CBL Optimal Opportunities Fund - USD

Starting from October 4th, 2018, investors will be able to engage in buying and selling investment certificates of the sub-funds of CBL Opportunities Funds.
