A new residential complex consisting of four buildings “Jasmine Garden”, located at Jasmīnu Street 10, Bulduri, Jūrmala, has been commissioned. The project developer is “LNK Properties”, which is a part of the “LNK Group” holding, the project author is Juris Mitenbergs – “AB3D” architectural bureau, the construction is being performed by SIA “Merks”.
The place, where just a year ago, one could see a huge construction pit, and where the foundation stone for the complex construction was solemnly laid, is now the location of four residential buildings. The project is interesting due to its original architecture. The project author is the recognised Latvian architect and the head of the “AB3D” architectural bureau Juris Mitenbergs. According to his concept, the “Jasmine Garden” complex is formed of four separate buildings, and, owing to that, all residential premises are filled with daylight. The new complex is located in Bulduri, 800 m from the sea. It can be regarded as another elite residential district located in the vicinity of the capital city. The project has already received awards of the International Real Estate Federation (FIABCI) – Baltic Prix d’Excellence, in 2016, in the Resort Real Estate: Residential Project nomination, and in 2017, in the Green Master nomination.
The developer of the “Jasmine Garden” project - “LNK Properties”, which is a part of the “LNK Group” holding, has invested EUR 7 million into the project; of this, 3.2 million is a borrowing from Citadele bank. “The residential complex in Bulduri, Jūrmala, is an excellent place of residence or investment object for those who value the charm and the original landscape of the resort town. In order to successfully fit into the Jūrmala housing nature, instead of one large building, four separate buildings have been built, which are not mutually connected overground, but have a common underground parking lot. This principle allows the complex to be discreetly arranged among the retained trees and create the environment appropriate for a resort, which can be evaluated by residents of both the town and the houses. Construction of the complex was performed according to the monolithic concreting method. The external façade resembles a substantial “pie”, which is formed of insulating materials and concrete and ensures a very low heat conductivity coefficient and, hence, high heat insulation. Two different materials have been applied in finishing of the buildings, with pre-aged wooden panels and herringbone high-quality tiles; more than forty of the trees available in the territory have been retained, including in the central part of the land plot – among the buildings. Any apartment resident can enjoy the surrounding environment from their balconies, and the top floor two-level apartment has a wide terrace available, with a beautiful resort town view. Lifts, storage premises and underground parking lots are arranged. The enclosed, landscaped area has playground and place for active recreation.
Every building has correspondingly 9 or 15 apartments, which grant the feeling of the so-called clubhouse. The apartments have a well-thought-out layout; their area is from 42 m2 to 100 m2. The apartments are provided with full finishing and equipped kitchens. It is possible to choose among three different interior designs.
