On 8 November, 2017  the Council  of the Financial and Capital Market Commission of Latvia approved the Base Prospectus of EUR 25,000,000 Second Unsecured Subordinated Bonds Programme of Citadele banka, consequently allowing the bank to launch the public offering of subordinated bonds.

More detailed information regarding the offering of Citadele’s subordinated bonds will follow shortly.
