From now on, assistance and advice of the Call Centre of the bank is available after business hours

Dear Clients,

from 1 March, the Call Centre of Citadele bank will be working two hours longer: Mondays through Thursdays: 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., and until 7 p.m. on Fridays.

We have noticed your growing need for information and advice after business hours, so from now on we will answer your questions about financial transactions or banking services during hours more convenient to you.

From 1 March, we will also be using different phone number for calls from abroad. Our current number (+370 5 266 4600) will be replaced by +370 5 221 9091.

Current short number of the bank (19091) for local calls in Lithuania remains unchanged.
