On amendments to prospectuses of investment funds managed by “CBL Asset Management” IPAS

„CBL Asset Management” IPAS (hereinafter – Company) hereby informs that the Company has made amendments to the prospectuses of the following investment funds managed by the Company: "CBL Baltic Sea Equity Fund", “CBL Eastern European Bond Fund”, “CBL Eastern European Select Equity Fund”, “CBL Global Emerging Markets Bond Fund”, „CBL Russian Equity Fund” and “CBL Strategic Allocation Funds”.

The amendments to the prospectuses of investment funds managed by the Company became effective on August 19, 2016 and are available on the Company's website www.cblam.lv.
