Notification of cash liquidation distribution of the closed-end investment fund “Citadele Baltic Real Estate fund - II”

Please be informed, that the cash liquidation distribution of the closed-end investment fund “Citadele Baltic Real Estate fund - II” (the Fund) will be advanced to the Latvian Central Depository (Latvijas Centrālais depozitārijs) on 15.04.2016. The cash liquidation distribution will be split among the Fund investors as provided by the rules of the Latvian Central Depository, by transferring to the Fund investor money accounts the amount, which equals EUR 182.928588 for each Fund share certificate.
