Opening hours of Citadele branch and payments execution during the holidays

With regard to the upcoming Christmas holidays, we ask you to consider the following changes in Citadele branch`s office hour:

  • 23.12.2016 is open 9:00 - 14:00
  • 26.12.2016 closed

24 - 26.12.2016 and 31.12.2016 – 01.01.2017 Inter- and intrabank payments are not working. Every internal payment from 15:45 on 23.12.2016, will be debited from the payers account and forwarded to the recipient account the first business day after the holidays (27.12.2016).

Settlements in foreign currencies are not working on 24 - 26.12.2016 and 31.12.2016 – 01.01.2017. In case of the receiver or correspondent banks location country has a holiday, the payments can be delayed.
