Due to Good Friday the Citadele Bank Customer Service is closed on March 25th.

Payment info during holidays

On 25 -28 March 2016 Europe celebrates the Easter holidays, therefore settlements in euro as well as other currencies cannot be executed.

All Estonian local payments initiated from 15:45 on 24 March 2016 will be debited from the payer’s account, but will be forwarded to the receiver on 29 March 2016.

The payment transfer time can be longer, if receiver bank or correspondent bank has public or national holiday.

All inter-bank payments can be executed as usual.
