Citadele Bank will launch its re-designed on-line banking platform this week. Citadele's on-line bank has now become more convenient and easy to use. The new design was developed in accordance with Citadele Bank's website design guidelines.
The re-designed on-line banking platform has maintained its former functionality, and Citadele's on-line bank users will be able to easily continue performing their transactions as usual: view account balances, execute payments, apply for payment cards, contact the bank's employees, etc.
Our clients use the Internet actively in their everyday lives therefore remote financial services are becoming increasingly popular. Currently approximately 77 % of Citadele Bank's clients use the on-line bank on a regular basis, and the number of its users continues to grow.
"We are planning to develop the on-line banking platform this year in order for it to be even more convenient and visually appealing. New design is one of the steps in achieving this.
