Opening hours of Citadele branch and payments execution during the holidays

With regard to the upcoming Christmas holidays and the turn of the year, we ask you to consider the following changes in Citadele branch`s office hour:

  • 23.12.2015 is open 9:00 - 14:00
  • 24.-27.12.2015 closed
  • 28.-30.12.2015 is open 9:00 – 17:00
  • 31.12.2015 - 3.01.2016 closed

24. - 27.12.2015 and 1. - 3.01.2016 Inter- and intrabank payments are not working. Every internal payment from 15:45 on 23.12.2015, will be debited from the payers account and forwarded to the recipient account the first business day after the holidays (28.12.2015).

Settlements in foreign currencies are not working on 24. - 27.12.2015 and 31.12.2015. - 3.01.2016, settlement days are 28.-30.December and 4th of January 2016. In case of the receiver or correspondent banks location country has a holiday, the payments can be delayed.
