Opening hours of Citadele branch and payments execution during the holidays

With regard to the upcoming Christmas holidays and the turn of the year, we ask you to consider the following changes in Citadele branch`s office hour:

  • 23.12.2014 is open 9:00 - 14:00
  • 24.-28.12.2014 closed
  • 29.-30.12.2014 is open 9:00 – 17:00
  • 31.12.2014 - 4.01.2015 closed

24 - 26.12.2014, 31.12.2014 and 1 - 2.01.2015 Inter- and intrabank payments are not working. Every internal payment from 15:45 on 23.12.2014, will be debited from the payers account and forwarded to the recipient account the first business day after the holidays (29.12.2014).

Settlements in foreign currencies are not working on 24.12.2014 - 26.12.2014, 31.12.2014 and 01.01.2015 - 02.01.2015, settlement days are 29th and 30th December and 5th of January 2015. In case of the receiver or correspendent banks location country has a holiday, the payments can be delayed.
